Right after the last referee whistle ...
Minutes after midnight ...
After the tribunes of the most popular stadiums
in Europe have gone quiet ...
Then begins Quick Money for Champions!
In the fall of 2005 IMS introduced Quick Money which not only established
itself as a successful interactive format, but also proved to be a successful
concept for the late-night slot. An analysis of the TV audience ratings
demonstrates that on nights when the Football Championship League matches
are broadcasted, there is a different profile and a potential to attract
the attention of the soccer fans. Thus we came up with the successful
special edition of the game: Quick Money for Champions. Every Tuesday and
Wednesday, following the football commentary of Krasimir Minev, the fans
remain with the program of bTV, and they transform from TV viewers to TV
contestants. The host of the game during the 2005/2006 season was Cvetelina
Marinova, with whom the soccer fans had the pleasure of meeting for the entire
season of the Championship League. In its second season, Quick Money for
Champions parallels the European Football Club League and is hosted by the
sexy Petia Grigorova. And finally, in the fall of 2007, the show leads its
third successful season hosted by Galia Simeonova.
The show’s concept is designed such that the subjects and facts are related
to sports. Exclusively for the show, the creative team develops a series of
original riddles, which will grab the attention of every football and sports
fan. The concept of the show as a whole is designed to match the dynamic and
attractive nature of the league, and corresponding to the requirements of its
audience. In spite of the fact that the show airs only twice a week, it has
earned its fans. The production team of the show is most surprised and proud
to see that more and more often the list of winners includes a growing female
audience. Having started as a game with sports subject-matter, Quick Money for
Champions has not only managed to expand its audience, but it has also managed
to maintain the successful, developing model of the very first Call TV game in
Bulgaria, Quick Money.
